A property runs on devices

A television in every room, a tablet on every nightstand, screens in the lobby, a kiosk at check-in, phones in the hands of housekeeping and maintenance. They are different devices from different makers doing different jobs, and they are all the same problem: they have to be working, configured and on-brand before a guest walks in.

Blapex manages all of it together. Apple TV and Android TV, iPad and Android tablet, kiosk and handset — one console, one set of blueprints, one place to look when something needs attention.

Every room, ready for the next guest

A room turns over and the devices in it should too. Blapex resets guest-facing devices to a clean state on a schedule — the television back to the welcome screen, the tablet cleared of the last guest's session, the app back where it should be — so the room is ready without anyone checking it.

If a device drifts from what it is supposed to be, Blapex notices and puts it back.

One property or a hundred

Group devices by property, floor or wing, and assign a blueprint to the group. A new property inherits the standard; a change to the standard reaches every property at once. Replacement hardware swapped in by a duty engineer at 7am joins its group and configures itself.

Corporate sets the standard, each property runs its own floor, and everyone is looking at the same fleet.

Installed once, not visited weekly

Devices arrive enrolled and configured out of the box, so a new property or a refurbished floor goes live without a technician touching each unit. When something does need a hand, it is handled from the console rather than from a corridor.
